 One of the unique and great attribute of a courageous leader is temerity and selflessness.
The former, vigilant and daring African yet powerful president of United States Of America once said, Yes, we can, only if we believe", and indeed he made it focusely and objectively.

When I see young enthusiastic visionary leaders making it to a prominent personality, I date the tremendous success back to their roots of struggle.
Here a case study of how to maneuver the jungle focusely and swiftly with minimal rejection.

One must be bold enough, audacious and affirmative especially when making long lasting policies, commands and rules, avoid bending your rules, principles and even policies no matter how wrong or difficult they are.
Vincent Orieny, the famous "Chief whip", a student pursuing bachelor of actuarial science at the great Mount Kenya University, where they unlock the infinite possibilities.

I met the visionary bloke, the one Vincent Orieny, three years down the ladder during the onset of fights to pull down I.E.B.C, as he spearheaded a huge demonstration in Nairobi to throw out I.E.B.C officials. In his unbelievable yet wise sentiments, he precisely articulated and highlighted irrefutable reasons why I.E.B.C was not fit to conduct an election.

In his remarkable speech that went down to historical journals and encyclopedia, he affirmed that, " It is not my wish or the wish of any other vibrant leader to cause chaos and massacre in an attempt to compel justice and fairness to be observed, but when diplomacy fails, I will condemn any vice without demure, I won't let it rest until they rest, be on the safer side of change, let's peacefully maneuver the jungle, be vigilant and vociferate for justice in silence, the time is here, im ready to accelerate change, I'm the chief whip, Vincent Orieny".
It's not that I support public violence nor fight diplomacy but I manifest the defiance spirit of leadership, integrity and emanating immense influence as far as youth leadership and journey to democracy is concerned.
