Here are the four things that will make you outstanding especially when participating in an argument or during interaction with people;Similarly,it will help you create a good rapport,this will inturn improve your reputation and integrity.

1.EMOTIONAL STABILITY.
Having control over your emotions will dictate how you are going to argue with your friends,convince and even persuade them.A person who is emotionally unstable will get lost in an argument and end up using abusive language in a serious argument that might result into unnecessary disagreement, fights and conflicts.
Stabilize your temper,sometimes keeping quite shows maturity and respect than using abusive language during group conversation or arguments.A good leader must be emotionally stable.

2.LOYALTY.
They say "love is in air" but here I say "give me loyalty,I can love myself"
Being loyal is the best gift you will ever reward the world and self.
It makes people believe in you and even love you more.It all starts by those small things you do when nobody else is watching,and it goes to an extent of affecting what you will do to those who are entrusted to you.

3.SELF AWARENESS.
Ideal self,self-esteem, self image & body image all goes hand in hand with self awareness.
The domains affects greatly how you see yourself and consequently how you interact with others.
Recognizing your ideal self{individuality and personality} will give you peace of mind and impact positively on how you interact with friends and opposite gender.How you see yourself is crucial and very important than the way people see you."Don't be blinded by views of blind people,If they cannot see beauty in you,then ask them to find their way.
Failuire to understand and accept your individuality and personalities can leads to life crisis and self conflict,this can cause long term life crisis such as;low self esteem and consequently affect negatively how you interact with opposite gender.{very dangerous,can lead to Bachelorhood}.
Understand,accept and love yourself."You're beautiful and wonderful made".

4.AFFIRMATIVE SKILLS.
Being firm in decision making is a skill that will make you respected and outstanding.It will also make people trust and have a strong confidence in you.
Let your "no" be no and "yes" be yes, if you are not sure about something,then better go for "wait" as this will offer you adequate time to think critically and arrive at a firm and concrete answer supported by logic.
Similarly,let your "no" be faster than "yes" this will help you solve most of unnecessary problems in life.Before you act:stop,think,then go ahead to act.

You should be emotionally stable,loyal,understand yourself better{including your goals and ambitions in life}.Be affirmative when making long lasting decisions in life.
